How We Work: Let's Get This Party Started!
A Look At Our Tried-And-True Process
We've created and refined a tried-and-true process for onboarding and working with our studio clients that reduces the amount of time spent on calls and sending emails. That means more time for us to spend on your marketing and less of your time tied up in meetings. And who doesn't love that?!
Here's what the process looks like:
1. Get To Know Each Other
The first step is for us to get to know each other! Please complete the Discovery Questionnaire and we'll be in touch to set up an introductory call.
We'll talk about your goals and how we can work together.
And of course, we'll be able to answer any and all of your questions!
2. Choose A Package
If it's a fit, you'll select a retainer package that fits your needs. We require your first month's payment upfront so that we can hold your space in the studio's calendar.
After we've received your retainer package and client agreement, we'll schedule your live kickoff call.
3. Onboarding + Kickoff
During the kickoff call we'll review the monthly marketing activities that we'll be working on so that we're on the same page.
We'll also walk through your private, mobile-friendly client hub, where you'll have full visibility into our work together. This is where you'll be able to post comments, view/approve work, and share files. You can even get instant notifications on your phone if you receive a message or a mention!
From there, we're off to the races!
You'll always have a single point of contact (your studio Marketing Manager) and we believe you'll find working with the studio to be easy-peasy. We're excited to be your company's marketing studio and look forward to getting started!
